| The Popo 02/17/22 10:30:20 PM #26 | Twice. Never got it until I was in my 30s. First time was at a Japanese restaurant that was a lot like Benihana, where they make the food at your table. Went their with my family. Love the place and wanted to go back until I woke up in the middle of the night incredibly sick. The entire next day, Id feel super nauseous whenever Id move. Second time was on Fathers Day. My parents are divorced and my dad is remarried, so I went with his family on Fathers Day for brunch. We all went out separate ways afterwards. About 1-2 hours later, I got a call from my dad, asking me if I was feeling well because all of them were getting sick, so they figured it had to be from the food. I wasnt sick yet at that point, but it was like knowing a guillotine was over my head.
